In augustus de AV1 gelopen en het boekje heeft me goed geholpen. Alles wat je moet weten staat erin, over de hutten, de route, de geschiedenis, wat korte informatie over dieren en planten. Ik heb mijn tocht zelf gepland en geboekt en daar was dit boekje onmisbaar bij: afstanden en hoogtemeters en tijden van verschillende stukken, daarnaast alternatieve hutten voor als de populairste hutten vol zijn. Dit boekje en een navigatie app waren voor mij genoeg om de weg prima te vinden, dat scheelde weer de aanschaf van drie kaarten. Toch miste ik het wel een beetje, voor het overzicht van de omgeving en meer details over bivaccos, via feratta routes etc, dus een volgende keer zou ik de kaarten er wel weer bij aanschaffen. PS. De AV 1 is ge-wel-dig!!
