Goede deelkaart van een interessant gebied. Het overzicht is soms misschien een beetje onduidelijk. maar de details in de inzetten en delen van de kaart zijn prima en voldoen goed voor het rondrijden met een eigen auto.

Touring map of the border area between South Africa and Namibia, with enlargements for the Richtersveld National Park, Fish River Canyon and the Lüderitz Peninsula, plus street plans of Springbok and Keetmanshoop.
The main map at 1:476,000 covers an area from Springbok northwards, across the Namibian border to Keetmanshop, with insets extending it along the Orange River to Beenbreek and along the B4 highway in Namibia to Lüderitz. Road network indicates 4WD routes and locations of petrol stations. Driving distances are given on all main roads. An extensive range of symbols indicate various types of accommodations including campsites, places of interest, viewpoints, etc. Selected hiking trails are also marked. Topography is shown by relief shading with markings for salt pans and dunes. The map has a short index of locations and no geographical coordinates. Greater Lüderitz area and the peninsula itself are shown on enlargements, indicating restricted roads. Also included are street plans of Springbok and Keetmanshoop highlighting accommodation and various facilities.
On the reverse there are enlargements for the Richtersveld National Park in South Africa (1:130,000) and Fish River Canyon in Namibia (1:116,000) showing roads and 4WD tracks with GPS waypoints for accommodation facilities. In Fish River Canyon the route of the four-day hiking trail is marked. Also included are extensive notes with advice for travellers and accommodation lists with contact details.
